For problems with Brother Fax, Multifunction Center & DCP: 800-284-4329 Prompt 2

Brother has product specialists trained in quickly diagnosing and resolving equipment problems. If after this process the drum is proven defective or is suspect, and if still under warranty, the product specialist will be able to order and ship directly to you a replacement item.
